WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO WANT TO BECOME A
MISSOURI FFA OFFICER?

I love the FFA and have always enjoyed going to the State Convention. Over the years, I have looked up to the State Officers and always left the convention excited and inspired for the upcoming year. I want to help be that inspiration to others and give back to the organization that has had such a positive impact on my high school years and my future.

WHO IS YOUR HERO AND WHY?
My hero is my dad because he has always been by my side and always helps me keep my head held high. He has taught me to be kind and have strong values. Whenever I am down or need advice, he is always there for me. My dad is a great person, and I am lucky to have him as a role model, a hero and a dad.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?
I attend Crowder College in Neosho, and plan to pursue a degree in Ag Education or Agronomy. After two years at Crowder, I plan on transferring to finish my degree. I hope to continue to be involved in FFA and to be an advocate for agriculture.

WHAT IS SOMETHING UNIQUE OR INTERESTING THAT FEW PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU?
Even though I am a bit rusty, I taught myself to twirl a baton and won fifth place at our school talent show a few years ago.

ADVICE TO FFA MEMBERS:
Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and even if a challenge comes your way, never give up!
